Katie has the unique ability to capture light, motion, and emotion in each of her photographs. Which is why they have been referred to as “exceptional and powerful.” Katie brings experience and warmth to every photo shoot. Her shoots range from weddings, to children, to international models, to performers, to musicians, to professionals, and even to individuals who have never been in front of the camera. Katie creates strong and genuine rapport with her clients, which allows for open, vibrant, and timeless images.

Katie Andelman Studied at the University of Colorado where she earned her Bachelor’s degree. While in school, she traveled abroad and was formally trained at the University of London, where she was an apprentice to world-renowned photographers who’s work appeared at the Tate Museum of Modern Art in London, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Katie worked as a model during her teens for clients such a Pepsi and L’Oreal Paris. This experience allowed her to learn first hand about movement, facial expressions, angles, and light. She knows how valuble it is for people to feel at ease and relaxed during a photography session. With Katie, every shoot is filled with laughter, smiles, giggles, and spirit.
